We currently ship to all locations across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Shipping Timeframes
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Below are our estimated processing and delivery times:
- Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days
- Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days (Metro cities may receive orders faster)
- Express Delivery (if available): 2-4 business days
- Remote Area Delivery: 7-10 business days
Note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistical issues, or peak season demand.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges vary based on your location (pincode and state), package weight, and other logistical factors. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

5. Delivery Attempts & Address Issues
- Our delivery partners will attempt two or three deliveries before marking the order as undeliverable.
- If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delays or failed deliveries may occur. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at shipping@mindyourmanners.in. In rare cases, if an order is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation and provide a resolution (reshipment or refund) accordingly.
7. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with:
- Do not accept the package and inform the delivery personnel.
- Take photos of the package as proof.

We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
9. Change of Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Address changes requested after this period may not be accommodated if the order has already been processed.
