Please read the following terms carefully before initiating a return or requesting a refund.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return for any product purchased from our Website if it meets the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Products that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Undergarments and other intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to return@mindyourmanners.in with your order details, including the order number, product name, and reason for the return.
  2. Return Approval: Once your return request is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return via email.
  3. Return Shipping: If approved, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. Please ensure that the item is packaged securely to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for the return. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees paid at the time of the original order are non-refundable.
  • If you paid using a credit card, the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your card issuer’s policies.

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, you may return the original item for a refund (if eligible), and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us at return@mindyourmanners.in within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please include photos of the damage or defect for a quicker resolution. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged items.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
  • If you wish to cancel an order after the 24-hour window, please contact us to check the status of your order. If the order has already been processed, you may need to wait until you receive the order and initiate a return.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the 7-10 business days processing period, please check with your bank or credit card provider. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
